Superyacht Stefania goes to judicial auction in Antibes

Superyacht Stefania: up for auction in a few days in Antibes.

A judicial auction that will see the famous superyachts STEFANIA being put up for sale is expected to take place on January 25. Already a winner of Boat Design & Innovation in 2022, this superyacht is virtually new, built ne 2021 by the Monaco-based Dynamiq shipyard, to date it has logged only 200 engine hours.

The Agency for the Management and Recovery of Seized and Confiscated Assets (Agrasc) has appointed the law firm DE BAECQUE & Associés, judicial commissioner, to organize the judicial auction of the Super Yacht Stefania. The event will be held in the heliport hall of the International Yachting Club d’Antibes or by phone. Prior enrollment is mandatory and requires a 500,000 deposit.

The superyacht STEFANIA had already been unsuccessfully put up for sale a year ago at an amount of about $20 million; current auction closing estimates now predict a much lower figure, probably around $8 to $10 million.

What the Superyacht STEFANIA looks like.

Built in 2021, the Superyacht STEFANIA was designed by Dynamiq and features luxurious Art Deco interiors designed by Giuseppina Arena. Built with an aluminum hull and superstructure, this 41-meter long and 8.20-meter wide superyacht meets RINA’s highest commercial class standards and prestigious Comfort and Green StarPlus ratings.

Powered by two MAN V12 1650 engines with just 200 hours of operation, it cruises comfortably at 12 knots, reaching a top speed of 21 and a range of 5,000 nautical miles, thanks in part to its 29,600-liter fuel tanks. Featuring a shallow draft of only 1.8 meters, SUPERYACHT STEFANIA can anchor closer to sheltered bays and coves, while an advanced on-board stabilization system reduces the yacht’s lateral roll and promises guests an exceptional level of comfort at anchor.

Its two decks offer an area of about 120 m² divided into two areas, with a hot tub in the bow and two large TV screens, and a bar with unobstructed ocean views in the stern. Stefania also has a second oversized 4.5-ton 10-person pool and a solarium with a second bar. Two dinghies dedicated to guests and maneuvering.

Lacquered wood, suede, velvet, and marble (Calacatta Borghini, Calacatta Oro, Noir Saint Laurent, and Lasa): this palette of neutral beiges is enhanced by touches of ocean blue in the furniture and cushions. The main deck floors are white Lasa marble with gold inlays framing Oliver Treutlein’s exclusive hand-woven carpets. A wood-burning fireplace heats the large living room, with ceilings 2.2 meters high.

SUPERYACHT STEFANIA can accommodate up to 10 people in five luxurious suites with private bathrooms, including a master suite, three double cabins, and a twin cabin. Also notable are the dedicated crew quarters, which can accommodate up to 6 people.

Practical information for participating in the auction of the SUPERYACHT STEFANIA

After compulsorily accrediting yourself and paying the 500,000 security deposit, you can participate in the auction in person or over the phone. The auction will be held on Thursday, January 25, 2024 at the heliport of the International Yacht Club of Antibes. Auction fees amount to 11.9% excluding vat.
